Coley & Ryan Brady | Co-Founders

The Brady family history is deeply rooted in the RV industry with their father, Brian Brady, successfully leading startup companies like Damon RV (now Thor Motor Coach) in the 1990's and Heartland RV in 2004. With a family passion for RVs, brothers Coley and Ryan have gained a combined 25+ years of RV experience while serving in senior leadership roles at Heartland RV. While proud of their previous achievements, the brothers took a leap of faith to embark on a different way of doing business, one that they believe will enhance the RV ownership experience.

Coley Brady has 16 years of experience in the RV industry and was at Heartland RV since the first year of its inception (2004). Quickly rising through the ranks to Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Coley was integral in growing Heartland into one of the largest RV manufacturers in the industry. Prior to Heartland, Coley graduated from the University of Notre Dame and worked as a CPA for KPMG (Chicago office) and Crowe (South Bend office). Coley and his wife Patty reside in Granger, IN with their 4 children.

Ryan Brady has 10 years of experience in the RV industry. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Upon graduation Ryan worked at Prairie Capital, a Chicago based private equity firm. Most recently as the General Manager for multiple brands at Heartland RV, Ryan led a division that represented nearly one-third of the entire company's revenue. Ryan and his wife Lauren reside in Niles, MI with their 2 children.

Dennis Donat | Chief Financial Officer

Dennis has served in the role of CFO for nearly 20 years of his career, first at Pace American Cargo Trailers and then at Heartland RV. Happily retired since 2016, there was only one thing that could bring him out of retirement. After learning of the business plan for Alliance RV, Dennis knew that this company would be something special that he could lend his valuable experience to. He is a graduate of Manchester University and has also earned his CPA certification. Currently residing in Rome City, IN with his wife Pam, Dennis is an avid golfer. While he has vast experience as CFO, the Senior PGA Tour is not likely in his future.

Bill Martin | VP of Customer Service

Realizing the importance of Customer Service, Bill was the first full-time hire at Alliance RV. With over 21 years of experience in the RV Industry, his impressive track record has helped redefine what customer service means. Most recently, with his unique customer focused approach at Grand Design, Bill helped create a loyal family of RV owners that lead the company to become one of the fastest growing RV manufacturers in history. Bill is the epitome of what it means to be “customer obsessed” and will be responsible for ensuring that our owners have the best RV ownership experience from start to finish. Bill and his wife Tracy reside in Goshen, IN and have 2 teenage children. When it comes time to unwind, Bill is a competitive bicyclist who rides up to 8,000 miles per year…Now that's a lot of miles in the saddle!

Tim Miller | VP of Purchasing

Tim has joined Alliance RV after 23+ years experience in the RV industry. Most recently at Dutchmen and Heartland where he successfully led purchasing initiatives for multiple facilities. Tim's solid understanding of creating partnerships within every aspect of business makes him the perfect fit for the Alliance Team. Tim will be tasked with developing mutually beneficial alliances with vendors that welcome innovation and share our passion for enhancing the RV experience. Tim and his better half (Kathy) live in Goshen, IN in their newly built home. Tim is a self-proclaimed adrenaline junkie who enjoys his time riding mountain bikes and motocross. He has competed in 2 enduros and 1 hare scramble so far this year with plans for more. It's worth a google if you aren't familiar with the hare scramble.

Steve Lidy | VP of Marketing

We have recently welcomed Steve Lidy to the team as Vice President of Marketing. A seasoned marketing executive with 20+ years of experience in the RV industry, Most recently, as the Marketing Director for Heartland RV, Steve led all of the company's marketing efforts to reach out to the retail and dealer community. We believe marketing is the key to pull customers through the buying decision process. Steve is known for the creation of industry-leading marketing materials, point of purchase, websites, multi media and generation of consumer leads for our Alliance RV Dealer partners. Steve and his wife of 23 years reside in Elkhart with two children. Steve is very active in the community volunteering as a coach of FIRST youth robotics and Scouting.

Erik Bartman | Engineering Manager

Engineering is in Eric's DNA with nearly 30 years of RV industry experience. Most recently serving as the Engineering lead at Grand Design RV, Eric knows what it takes to develop innovative floorplans and launch new product lines from the ground up. The opportunity to start with a blank slate and design a product that will impact the RV ownership experience in a positive way has Erik's creative juices flowing. Erik and his wife Teresa reside in Syracuse, IN along with their 2 cats. When it is time to chill out, Erik enjoys target shooting and playing his ukulele. Maybe if we ask him real nicely he will play a song for us.

Ben Randall | Plant Manager

As a 3rd generation Plant Manager, Ben has followed in his family's footsteps to become one of the great plant managers of our industry. With a total of 18 years experience in the RV and MH industries, Ben has dedicated his last 10 years to Keystone RV. Utilizing his strong leadership abilities, Ben is the guy that was tasked to start up new plants and turn poor performing plants around. Most recently Ben was the Plant Manager for the Fuzion Toy Hauler line. He is a hands-on manager that believes happy employees build better product. Ben lives in Wolcottville, IN and enjoys spending time with his 9-year-old daughter. In his free time Ben can be found out on the golf course or out cruising the lake with friends.

Jeremiah Dumka | General Manager

With over 18 years' experience in multiple facets in the RV Industry Jeremiah is a proven professional. He most recently has served at Keystone RV as Product Manager for the Fuzion Toy Hauler brand. While at Fuzion, created industry changing features, floor plans, and put together one of the bestselling haulers in the industry. As a part of our team, Jeremiah oversees product development and sales management responsibilities for both the Paradigm fifth wheel and upcoming Toy Hauler brand. In his free time Jeremiah enjoys spending time with friends and family. When the opportunity presents itself Jeremiah loves taking his family camping in their RV.

Ab Saleh | Sales Manager

Ab is an industry veteran with 13 years of sales experience in this industry. He will be here to make the purchasing process simple and easy for our customers and dealers. He will be an essential component of the staff with his professional experience at Alliance RV. His most recent experience was spent serving as a leading sales representative for the Keystone RV Cougar brand. His humble attitude and track record for taking great care of dealers and retail customers make him the perfect fit for the Alliance team.

Scott Wilson | Quality Manager

We want our team to have professional people that will keep our products at their high standard of quality. That’s why we hired Scott and made him our Quality Manager. He is an industry veteran with 23 years of experience as a leader of plant and quality initiatives. Scott has an impressive track record in leading these initiatives for Rockwood/Flagstaff (18 years) and Grand Design Reflection (5 years). Since being hired, he has started by ensuring that the Alliance quality is consistently exceeding our consumer’s and dealer partners’ expectations. We appreciate the talents and experience he brings to the Alliance RV team.

Debbie Kauffman | Director of Administration

As Debbie has joined our team as Director of Administration, we can say that she will work hard for our customers confidently. She has 20+ years of experience in the RV Industry and is prepared to show you, our consumers, and dealer partners, all she can do. In the past 15 years, she led administrative duties for Heartland RV. With a proven track record of efficiency, her primary responsibilities are running point on our licensing and supply management. Besides that, she will also take care of sales administration for our ERP system, price sheets, and office administration. We are grateful for her attitude and quality work ethic as a part of Alliance RV.

Curtis Carlson | Service Manager

With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Curtis is a proven leader with an amazing range of skillsets from plant management to spearheading the starting up of a customer service department for Open Range RV. He has a wealth of knowledge that he taps into to ensure that Alliance RV will continue to raise the bar for customer service. You won’t meet a Customer Service person who is more passionate about taking great care of our retail customers and dealer partners. Curtis and his girlfriend Jessica live in Goshen with a combined 4 children. In his downtime Curtis is also passionate about grilling and gets teary eyed just thinking about his Oklahoma Joe Grill. He’s been known to haul this grill to work on a whim just because he thought it was a nice day to cook out for the team.

Brenda Arms | Parts Specialist

An industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, Brenda has a clear understanding of the importance of timely shipping the “right” parts to help minimize downtime when a service need arises. Most recently serving as the Parts Manager for one of the industry’s larger manufacturers, Brenda is proving a great asset to the Alliance team with her enthusiasm and energy proudly on display every day. Brenda and her husband Adam live in Elkhart and have a combined 4 children, 4 cats and 4 dogs. A true animal lover at heart, Brenda has been known to stop on the side of the road to help ensure the safety of a litter of baby possums.

Drew Atchison | Lamination Manager

Drew is a seasoned veteran with 17 years of RV Industry experience. Much of his experience has been dedicated to leading production and lamination facilities. His former roles include Lamination Liaison for Grand Design, and Plant Manager for Winnebago and Satellite Lamination. Drew brings a quality minded leadership approach that is driving best practices to ensure Alliance RV delivers superior laminated components. Drew resides in Middlebury, IN with his wife and two children. In his down time he likes to spend time enjoying the outdoors while horseback riding and hunting.
